The PADI Basic Open Water Classroom & Pool is the first step to becoming a PADI Open Water Diver. Class can be completed over one weekend. Once you have finished all the classroom and pool work, you can complete your four PADI Open Water Dives to complete your Open Water Diver Certification! Materials purchased separately.

Step 2 Open Water Dives Local Option. From June to Sep, you can complete your open water certification closer to home at Aurora Reservoir. Although the water is cold and visibility limited, this is an option during the summer for completing your open water or continuing education dives without having to pay for travel or lodging. Summer water temperatures are generally 65-70ºF, visibility typically ~5ft.

The Advanced course helps build diver confidence and expand your scuba skills through five different Adventure Dives. This course is your ticket to deeper dives, better underwater navigation and the opportunity to explore more of your personal interests.

Join us at Homestead to complete your 5 PADI Advanced Open Water Dives, Navigation, Deep, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Search & Recovery, & Altitude to completing your Advanced Certification. These can be completed over one weekend, 3 dives on Fri and 2 dives on Sat.

Emergency First Response is an innovative CPR/first aid program. Primary Care prepares you to render aid to those with life-threatening emergencies. Secondary Care builds upon the lessons of Primary Care and helps you assist those in need when Emergency Services are either delayed or unavailable.

Enriched air, also known as nitrox or EANx, contains less nitrogen than regular air. Breathing less nitrogen means you can enjoy longer dives and shorter surface intervals. Many dive locations are now offering Nitrox fills. No wonder Enriched Air Diver is the most popular PADI® specialty.

Often one of the most important steps in assisting an injured diver with decompression sickness is to administer oxygen. Although oxygen is often accessible, most people do not know how to administer oxygen to the injured diver. This course will teach you to recognize possible dive-related symptoms and to administer oxygen first aid.

Do you want to be the best buddy you can be? Do you want to be prepared to lend assistance to a fellow diver and know what to do in an emergency? Then take the PADI Rescue Diver Class. This course will focus on diving rescue, accident management and prevention. In addition you will increase your confidence in your own diving skills and be better able to assist others. Many divers say that this is the best course they have taken!

This course is for those who are looking to broaden their diving ability with more technical training - Self-Reliant diving is not for everyone, but is crucial training for those looking to dive without a buddy or those who want to gain more independence and confidence in their own skills in the water. For these reasons, this specialty can also greatly benefit advanced divers who may not plan on diving on their own, but want to be prepared to rely on themselves and their own training in any given situation.

This is the core certification course provided by PSI-PCI and in it we teach the regulations and fundamentals of conducting visual inspections of solid wall and composite SCUBA and SCBA cylinders.
